I enjoyed the video, Green Dean has made some great ones, I’m going to experiment with making a staghorn sumac spice this year, I’ve made sumac ade and jelly many years ago and do recall liking it quite a bit. thanks for presenting this great info.
I was thinking the same thing – re making sumac spice. I know that the kind of sumac usually used is one found in the Middle East, but my thought is that drying and powdering our local sumac should work as well.
